Lather up bar and work into wet hands. Gently massage into hands/body to remove impurities and soften skin. Repeat if desired. Store bar on a well-draining, dry surface to extend its life.

After my shower, my skin felt AMAZING. I have terribly dry skin (host of health issues not worth mentioning) and usually soap will leave me with that dry, "squeaky" feeling. There was a little bit of the squeak in the shower (it is soap, after all) but afterwards, and after patting dry, just wow. That oil blend is doing its job. If you're looking for a super luxurious body bar, this is it.

I've had keratosis pilaris (rough, bumpy skin) on the backs of my arms my whole life. Once I started using this exfoliating bar, it just completely disappeared. The scrubbing coffee grounds gently remove the build-up that causes these bumps and leaves my skin moisturized and clean and feeling great! I've never found another product that works as well as Rise & Grind! ❤️
